Catrachos Sublimacion provides the following products and services:

  • Custom Apparel — Sublimation-printed t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, and corporate uniforms.
  • Promotional Products — Custom caps, hats, mugs, keychains, and branded merchandise.
  • Web Design — Custom website design, development, and hosting solutions.
  • Logo & Branding — Professional logo design, brand identity kits, and graphic design services.
  • Digital Marketing — SEO, social media management, and online advertising strategies.

All services are provided on a custom-quote basis. Prices and scope are determined after a consultation and are documented in a written agreement before work begins.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All pricing is provided through custom quotes based on your specific requirements. The prices displayed (or not displayed) on our website are not binding. A formal quote will be provided after consultation and will include:

  • Detailed description of products or services.
  • Itemized pricing and total cost.
  • Estimated production and delivery timelines.
  • Payment terms and conditions.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing due to changes in material costs, order specifications, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Orders and Production

Once you approve a quote and submit the required deposit or full payment, your order enters production. Please note:

  • Production timelines begin upon payment confirmation and design approval.
  • Design proofs will be provided for approval before production begins.
  • Any changes after design approval may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
  • Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and creative work produced by Catrachos Sublimacion remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment:

  • You receive a license to use the final designs for your business purposes.
  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any third-party materials (fonts, stock images, etc.) used in your project remain subject to their original licensing terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide (logos, images, text) does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your custom quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production on custom apparel and merchandise orders.
  • Web design projects may require milestone-based payments as outlined in the project agreement.
  • Full payment is due before shipment of completed products.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of quoting.

Late payments may result in order delays and may incur additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship custom products to all 50 states within the United States. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination and will be included in your quote.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 7 business days.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues related to:

  • Defective products or printing errors on our part.
  • Products that do not match the approved design proof.
  • Items damaged during shipping.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the problem.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Catrachos Sublimacion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or service.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catrachos Sublimacion, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
